I'm a PhD student at the University of Bath, affiliated with WIRC and the CSCT. My PhD focuses on disease outbreak monitoring in the field of Wastewater Based Epidemiology (WBE), with a focus on COVID-19.
I was previously Principal R&D Scientist at Pertinax Pharma, where I worked on novel antimicrobial products and application, and before this I worked as a Technical Operations Scientist for Siemens Healthcare, supporting manufacture of immunoassay-based diagnostic kits. I have an M.Res. from the University of Bath (2019), in which my research focused on biosensing. I also have an M.Chem. from the University of Oxford (2013), and in which my research focused on organic synthesis.
